The TIDE swim team of the YMCA of Greater Bergen County, is a team for boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 18 who love to swim. The team competes in the YMCA Swim League and is also a part of USA Swimming, offering our swimmers the best combination of team sport and individual challenge.
