I am the third owner of the agency, it is a family bsuiness and I've been with the company for 28 years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We listen the client and ask questions that will lead us to an understanding of their insurance needs. We thn go ou to the marketplace and find them the coverage they need at a competitve price. The we continue the relationship by being available to service their insurance needsd and keep them informed about ways that they can mitigate risk.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one convenient location, but are considering expanding to Hudson and Passaic counties.

We are located off of Hackensack Avenue on Fairleigh Dickinson's campus between Riverside Square off of Route 4 and the Target store.
What type of payments do you accept?
Credit Card, Check and Money Orders are all accepted
Which areas do you service?
The metropolitan area, including Bergen, Hudson, Essex and Passaic counties in New Jersey, as well as Rockland County, Manhattan and the Bronx in New York
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Steve Radespiel is the owner and Jennifer Manthey is in charge of customer service operations
What are your hours of operation?
We are open from 8am till 6pm Monday thru Friday and Saturday by appointment
