I would have given this zero stars if I could. The owner Gloria is one of the rudest most unprofessional and obnoxious people I have ever met. After being directed to her office by one of the workers, she and the other clown in the office were on the phone. she then said out loud to the person she was on her cell phone with "I dont know what the hell is going on there is a bunch of people walking into my office". after she hung up i wanted to address the fact that she was being rude so i asked if i could speak with her and if i can shut the door. her response was "cant you see he (the other clown) is still on the phone? you can wait outside. who the hell does she think she is?? It was like she was doing me a favor by taking my $800!! then I told her i will look elsewhere and her response was "fine but you will not get your deposit back and you can get out of the office if you are going to look for someone else. Do yourself a favor and explore other options an forget using TBT!
