I have rented cars from several agencys over the year but was overcharged on my credit card after I returned the vehicle. With no explanation thrifty charged my card an extra $350.00. Calls to take care of the problem were disregarded. After you drop your rental car off they can charge your card anything they want. They can't be trusted as I discovered the overcharge on my card statement.
