Children therapy center provides all services under one roof, focusing on team work
FOCUS Children’s Therapy Center, located in Tenafly, Bergen County, was founded in 2000 as a multi-disciplinary pediatric treatment center to meet the diverse therapeutic needs of children with educational, medical and developmental diagnoses. FOCUS’ professional team consists of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech and Language Pathologists, Behaviorists and Psychotherapists (psychologists and social workers). We provide a unique team approach that is based on strong collaboration and collective integration of therapeutic approaches. We have implemented our specialized programs or provided services within:
• Public Schools – Englewood (over 12 years), Englewood Cliffs (over 7 years), Fort Lee (used to be the sole provider for 5 years, and currently provide all center and home based services), Tenafly, Cresskill, Hackensack, and Leonia (Center and Home based).
• Private Schools – Lubavitch on Palisade, Temple Beth El, Dwight Englewood, First Presbyterian, Solomon Schechter, Spring School, etc.
• Private Center - conveniently located in Tenafly, our center offers fully-equipped, state-of-the-art sensory gyms, rooms for speech, social skills and fine motor.
